Constanța Prosecutors Gigi Valentin Ştefan and Teodor Niță Remain in Pre-trial Detention
Two prosecutors from the Constanța Court of Appeal, Gigi Valentin Ştefan and Teodor Niţă, who are under investigation for influence peddling and incitement to abuse of office, will remain in pre-trial detention for another 30 days, a decision by the High Court of Cassation and Justice that can be appealed.
