Forests Burning Around Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant

Ukraine's State Emergency Service reported a large forest fire burning in the exclusion zone around the inactive Chernobyl nuclear power plant, affecting over 1100 hectares.

Państwowa Służba ds. Sytuacji Nadzwyczajnych (DSNS) Ukrainy poinformowała w mediach społecznościowych, że w zamkniętej strefie wokół niedziałającej elektrowni jądrowej w Czarnobylu gaszony jest ogromny pożar. Ogień objąć miał już ponad 1100 hektarów lasów.
