Spanish Ombudsman to Review Sexual Abuse Cases in the Church and Determine Reparations
The Spanish Ombudsman will review cases of sexual abuse within the Church and decide on appropriate reparations for victims. Victims will initiate the process through a Ministry of Justice processing unit, which will then transfer the case to the Ombudsman's Victims Unit.
