Maryland Sheriffs Challenge Sanctuary Law in Federal Lawsuit

Seventeen Maryland sheriffs, supported by FAIR, have filed a federal lawsuit challenging the state's Community Trust Act, calling the sanctuary law unconstitutional and arguing it handcuffs law enforcement.
