Japan's LDP and CDP Agree on Emergency Upper House Vote for Supplementary Budget

The Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) and the Constitutional Democratic Party (CDP) in Japan have agreed to an emergency vote on the supplementary budget bill in the House of Councillors plenary session on the 5th, following deliberation and voting in the budget committee on the same day.
