SERAP Urged to Intervene in Nigeria's FreeTV Platform and DSO

The Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP) has been called upon to intervene regarding issues surrounding Nigeria's FreeTV platform and the ongoing Digital Switch Over (DSO) process.
