Enoch Burke Challenges Prison Transfer as Lacking Legal Basis

Teacher Enoch Burke has stated that his transfer from Mountjoy Prison in Dublin to Castlerea Prison in Co Roscommon has no basis in law. Burke is challenging the legality of the move.
