BiH Ambassador Warns EU Delays Allow Russia to Fill Void in Bosnia and Herzegovina

Bosnia and Herzegovina's Ambassador to Belgium and Luxembourg, Erol Avdović, warned that the situation for BiH carriers is "alarming" and that EU delays are allowing other actors, including Russia, to fill the void in the region.
