Streetlights out for hours in several Dutch provinces due to Enexis malfunction

Streetlights in multiple locations across Drenthe, Groningen, Overijssel, Noord-Brabant, and Limburg provinces in the Netherlands went out for several hours Monday evening due to a malfunction at grid operator Enexis.
