New Shrub Species Discovered After Hiding in Plain Sight for Over a Century

A previously unknown shrub species, described as a 'lovely shrub,' has been identified after reportedly going unnoticed for more than 100 years. Only about 500 plants of this rare species have been observed in its local habitat.
