ECI Informs Madras HC of No Jurisdiction in DMK Minister's One-Vote Loss

The Election Commission of India (ECI) has informed the Madras High Court that it lacks jurisdiction to act on a DMK minister's one-vote loss to TVK, stating that no objections were raised during counting and its role ceased after results were declared.
