Russia's Federal Financial Monitoring Service (Rosfinmonitoring) has added Viktor Kalinin, a 14-year-old from St. Petersburg, to its registry of 'terrorists and extremists,' making him the youngest person yet on the list.

Russia’s Federal Financial Monitoring Service (Rosfinmonitoring) added Viktor Kalinin, a teenager from St. Petersburg, to its registry of terrorists and extremists on July 30, a Telegram channel that tracks updates to the registry reported. Kalinin turned 14 just three months earlier.
