Iltija Mufti Appeals for Return of Man's Body After Ganderbal Encounter

Iltija Mufti, daughter of former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti, has appealed for the body of a man killed in a Ganderbal encounter to be returned to his family, stating he was an honest man and a PDP worker.
