Chinese Firms Eye Ho Chi Minh City's Metro Expansion

China Pacific Construction Group has signed an agreement to explore participation in Ho Chi Minh City's 200 km metro expansion project. This marks the second major Chinese company in two weeks to show interest in the system, which has primarily been built by Japan.
