Punjab Congress chief to file PIL against Lawrence Bishnoi docuseries

Punjab State Congress chief Raja Warring announced he would file a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) against a docuseries about gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, arguing that Punjab's youth deserve better.
