Man decapitates ice vendor, puts severed head on stove in Barabanki

In a disturbing turn of events in Barabanki, a middle-aged man allegedly decapitated an ice vendor following a heated dispute. After the brutal act, the perpetrator tried to incinerate the head inside his dwelling. Quick-thinking locals intervened, detaining him until the authorities arrived. A formal complaint has been filed against the man.
