Lithuanian VSD Head Responds to President Nausėda's Statement

The head of Lithuania's State Security Department (VSD) responded to a statement made by President Nausėda, expressing uncertainty about fully agreeing with it. This follows an investigation by the Ministry of Interior related to the 'Registrų centras'.

Prezidentas Gitanas Nausėda anksčiau užsiminė, jog nutekėję Registrų centre (RC) saugomi gyventojų duomenys gali būti koordinuota priešiškos šalies ataka. Tuo metu Valstybės saugumo departamento (VSD) vadovas Remigijus Bridikis vengia tai konstatuoti kaip faktą. Jo teigimu, tokią versiją turėtų patvirtinti tyrimas.
