Trump-era agency shared tips leading to 12,000 ICE arrests

A US agency responsible for housing unaccompanied migrant children during the Trump administration reportedly shared information that led to 12,000 arrests by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). The Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) has been charged with housing migrant children since the early 2000s.
