IPC president says Russian soldiers can compete in Paralympics: It doesn't matter to us what they have done in the past

Andrew Parsons, President of the International Paralympic Committee (IPC), said sport offers a chance for Russian soldiers wounded in the war and urged Ukraine to focus on winning medals at the Paralympics.
