Cake never delivered, refund denied: Delhi court orders Rs 5,000 payout

A Delhi consumer commission has come down hard on IndiaCakes after they failed to deliver a birthday cake, and subsequently made false claims about an attempted delivery. The online bakery has been mandated to refund Rs 1,031 and additionally shell out Rs 4,000 for compensation and expenses.
