Wexford woman in battle to secure new wheelchair – ‘My daughter is trapped in the middle of a vicious circle’

The mother of a 20-year-old Wexford woman with severe disabilities has said that while the rest of the country and the world was out celebrating St. Patrick’s Day and enjoying the parades, “our girl Simona was at home on her sofa, unable to leave the house”.
