Serbian Court Annuls Decision, Babušnica Municipal Assembly Gains Extra Councilor
The Higher Court in Pirot has annulled a decision by the Babušnica Municipal Assembly that had revoked the mandate of Slaviša Stojanović, the only opposition councilor. This ruling results in the assembly now having 24 councilors, exceeding the prescribed number.
