New Polish Regulations Grant Private Sector Employees 6 Additional Vacation Days
New regulations in Poland, effective May 1, 2026, will change how work seniority is calculated in the private sector. This change will grant many employees an additional six days of vacation, though a ZUS certificate is required to increase the entitlement.
