CBC president denies broadcaster is biased or poaches journalists from smaller markets

At a parliamentary committee hearing on journalism on Thursday, CBC president Marie-Philippe Bouchard denied the public broadcaster's news coverage is biased or that it poaches journalists from smaller media outlets in regional markets.
