Lisbon City Council Secretary-General Illegally in Office, PS Denounces 'Operation Lumen'
The Socialist Party (PS) has denounced that Alberto Laplaine Guimarães, one of those detained in 'Operation Lumen,' is illegally serving as the Secretary-General of the Lisbon City Council, as he should have ceased functions in 2024. The PS questioned Mayor Carlos Moedas on why no public tender was launched for the position.
