Spanish Murderer of Elderly Transitions to Woman, Moved to Women's Prison
A former nursing assistant who murdered 11 elderly people in Olot, Spain, has begun transitioning to a woman and has been transferred to a women's prison module. The individual, now named Aída, started hormone therapy over a year ago.
