Magnitude 6.4 earthquake strikes off Davao Occidental

KORONADAL CITY—A magnitude 6.4 earthquake shook parts of Mindanao on Wednesday noon, prompting the city government of General Santos and several towns in South Cotabato province to suspend classes.
