Prokuratura Regionalna w Białymstoku skierowała do sądu w Krakowie akt oskarżenia przeciwko trzem osobom, w tym Marianowi B., byłemu prezesowi Najwyższej Izby Kontroli. Zarzuty dotyczą między innymi nakłaniania do ujawnienia tajemnicy skarbowej.
