IMD Forecasts Rain and Thunderstorms for Northwest India, Heavy Rain in Northeast

The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast rain, thunderstorms, and hailstorms for Northwest India due to a fresh western disturbance. Heavy to very heavy rainfall is also likely in Assam and other parts of the Northeast region.
