PGH Head Nurse Cleared of Fault in P60M Equipment Loss from 2021 Fire
The Commission on Audit (COA) has cleared the head nurse at the Philippine General Hospital (PGH) of responsibility for the loss of P60 million worth of equipment and medical instruments in a 2021 fire. The decision found no fault with the nurse.
