Former Andalusia Official Sentenced to Three Years in ERE Case
Daniel Alberto Rivera, a former high-ranking official of the Junta de Andalucía, has been sentenced to three years in prison for a 262,500 euro aid payment to the construction company Consyproan of Seville, as part of a separate segment of the ongoing ERE case.
