Irish WRC Rejects €360k Employment Claim by RTÉ Worker

A video editor at the RTÉ newsroom in Ireland has lost a €360,000 employment rights claim. The Workplace Relations Commission (WRC) ruled that she failed to provide sufficient evidence to establish her status as an employee during the relevant period.
