This tenant’s fight against a renoviction is heading to N.S. Supreme Court

Tracey Lothian’s landlord said he was going to renovate the home she was renting and he needed her to move out. She left, but he didn’t carry out the renovations. He brought in a new tenant and raised the rent more than 30 per cent.
