Rail Baltica Main Line Construction Costs Higher in Latvia
Latvia has signed a contract for the construction of Rail Baltica's main line, with the cost per kilometer being more than twice as high as in Estonia and 50 percent higher than in Lithuania. The contract was signed with the E.R.B. Rail JV consortium.
