Das offizielle Wien ist fünf Wochen vor dem Beginn schon in ESC-Stimmung und will die Bewohner mitreißen. Das Wien Museum wird zur Fanbase, der Rathausplatz (wieder) zum Eurovision Village und bisher sind schon zahlreiche Public Viewing-Orte in der Stadt bekannt.
