Bulgarian Health Minister Alleges Oligarchs Abuse EU Funds

Bulgaria's interim Health Minister, Mihail Okoliyski, stated that a 'handful of oligarchs' are abusing European funds, particularly in relation to the recovery plan, during a roundtable on combating domestic violence.
