Cyclist Seriously Injured in Fall from Vršič Pass in Slovenia

A cyclist sustained serious injuries after falling during a descent from Vršič Pass towards Kranjska Gora. The individual was airlifted to UKC Ljubljana following initial on-site medical attention.

Huda nesreča pri spustu z Vršiča, kolesarja odpeljali v UKC

Ob 17. uri je pri spustu z Vršiča proti Kranjski Gori padel kolesar in se hudo poškodoval. Po prvi oskrbi na kraju nesreče ga je helikopter prepeljal v UKC Ljubljana. Na Vršiški cesti je sicer potekal 12. vzpon s kolesi pony na najvišji cestni prelaz v državi.
