Konstituciniam Teismui (KT) nutraukus bylą dėl šalies vadovo Gitano Nausėdos dekretų, kuriais jis patvirtino ne visos sudėties Gintauto Palucko bei Ingos Ruginienės Vyriausybes, buvo užtikrinta, kad į prezidentą nebūtų žiūrima kaip į notarą, kuris privalo patvirtinti Ministrų kabineto narius, neatsižvelgdamas į jų kompetencijas, sako Lietuvos vadovas.
