A drunk driver was arrested after being caught driving at twice the legal speed limit. The individual was reportedly so intoxicated that they were nearly falling out of the car door.

A 45-year-old man was arrested shortly after midnight in Nicosia for speeding and driving under the influence of alcohol, police said on Wednesday.
