Bulgarian Police Investigate Bus Driver for Abandoning Boy with Special Needs
Police in Pleven, Bulgaria, are investigating a bus driver who allegedly abandoned a 17-year-old boy with special needs by the roadside in 37-degree Celsius heat because his travel card had expired. The boy was later found frightened after a search operation.
