Japanese Court Again Orders Disclosure of Documents on Academic Council Appointments

A Japanese appeals court has once again ruled that the government must disclose documents related to the legal interpretation used by then-Prime Minister Suga to reject the appointment of six candidates to the Science Council of Japan six years ago.
