Bosnian Man Awaits Extradition from US on War Crimes Charges
Hamdija Alukić, a 70-year-old Bosnian citizen, was arrested in Alabama last week and is awaiting an extradition hearing to Bosnia and Herzegovina. He is accused of war crimes, including arson of a house and car in Kozarac, during the 1992 conflict in the Prijedor region.
