ICI finds Romualdez not liable in flood control mess – Acidre

The Independent Commission for Infrastructure found no liability on the part of former House speaker Martin Romualdez over the flood control anomalies, Tingog party-list Rep. Jude Acidre maintained yesterday, as he debunked accusations made by Navotas Rep. Toby Tiangco.
