Dagestan's Acting Head Disbands Government, Appoints New Prime Minister

The acting head of Dagestan has dissolved the regional government and appointed Fyodor Shchukin, President Vladimir Putin’s deputy envoy to the North Caucasus region, as the new acting prime minister.
