Volkswagen to Discontinue 1.0 TSI Engine, 1.5 TSI Becomes New Base

Volkswagen has officially confirmed that its three-cylinder 1.0 TSI engine will be phased out, even from smaller models, with the 1.5 TSI becoming the new standard basic gasoline engine.
