Seoul locks in 273m barrels oil, 2.1m tons naphtha shielded from Hormuz risks

South Korea has secured 273 million barrels of additional crude oil and up to 2.1 million tons of naphtha through the end of this year from Kazakhstan, Oman and Saudi Arabia, President Lee Jae Myung's chief of staff said Wednesday.
