Russian Soldiers Bribing Commanders for Transfer to Kadyrov Units
An agent of the 'ATESH' partisan movement within the Russian Armed Forces' 71st Division reported that Muslim soldiers in the unit are collecting money to bribe their commanders for transfers to Kadyrov's units.
