Bulgarian President Radev Warns Mayors of AI Monitoring Public Procurement

Bulgarian President Rumen Radev warned mayors that artificial intelligence will now monitor public procurement to detect favoritism towards party-affiliated companies or inflated prices. He explained the new "Sigma" platform at a National Council meeting.
