Polish Supreme Court President questions status of 'neo-judges'

The First President of the Supreme Court of Poland, Małgorzata Manowska, has asked the full composition of the Supreme Court to rule on whether the appointment of a judge through a procedure deemed flawed results in their exclusion from adjudication.
