Lent, ki je dolga leta veljal za zapostavljen del mesta, je po obsežni prenovi postal sodobno sprehajališče. Ob reki Dravi, kjer se je pred stoletji začela zgodba Maribora, tako danes znova utripa življenje. Projekt revitalizacije Lenta pa je pred dvema letoma prejel celo laskav naziv Naj EU projekt.
